We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager – B2B to develop strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres, rehabilitation centres, societies, corporates, and other healthcare-related organizations.

The candidate will identify potential partners, initiate communication, schedule meetings, present company services, understand partnership requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial arrangements, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities include developing new B2B channels, maintaining existing partnerships, conducting regular partner follow-ups, coordinating service requirements with internal teams, tracking referrals and business generated through partners, and preparing partnership performance reports.

The candidate should actively explore new markets and partnership models that can increase referrals, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.

Strong networking, presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills are essential. Freshers with exceptional communication and business-development ability may apply, while candidates with experience in healthcare partnerships, institutional sales, corporate sales, or B2B business development will have an advantage.
