We are seeking a qualified and responsible Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing and patient-care services and ensure that appropriate standards of care, safety, hygiene, and documentation are maintained.

The Nursing Supervisor will assess patient-care requirements, coordinate nursing staff, monitor service quality, review assigned duties, conduct supervisory visits, and communicate with patients and family members regarding care-related concerns.

Responsibilities include checking nursing documentation, monitoring patient-care procedures, providing guidance to nurses and care staff, reporting changes or concerns through appropriate clinical channels, coordinating staff replacements, supporting training, and ensuring compliance with company protocols and applicable healthcare standards.

The candidate should demonstrate strong clinical understanding, leadership, communication, documentation, and team-management abilities. Compassionate and professional interaction with patients and families is essential.

Applicants should possess appropriate nursing qualifications and valid registration where required for the role. Candidates with 1–5 years of nursing, home healthcare, hospital, or supervisory experience will be preferred.
