We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee management, attendance, onboarding, documentation, performance coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

The HR Manager will understand manpower requirements from different departments, prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate final interviews, negotiate salaries, issue offer and appointment letters, and manage employee onboarding.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, attendance and leave data, supporting payroll preparation, handling employee queries, implementing HR policies, coordinating performance reviews, managing resignations and exit formalities, and maintaining workplace discipline.

The candidate will work closely with management and departmental heads to ensure adequate staffing and smooth workforce operations.

Applicants should have strong communication, recruitment, documentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Candidates with 1–5 years of HR experience are preferred. Experience recruiting sales, operations, healthcare, nursing, GDA, caregiver, field, or customer-support staff will be an added advantage.
