We are hiring an experienced GDA Trainer to train General Duty Assistants and caregivers in essential patient-care practices, professional behaviour, hygiene, safety, and home healthcare service standards.

The trainer will conduct classroom and practical training on patient hygiene, bathing, grooming, feeding assistance, mobility support, positioning, bed making, infection prevention, basic vital-sign awareness, fall prevention, elderly care, bedridden-patient care, communication, and emergency-response basics within the GDA scope of work.

Responsibilities include preparing training schedules and materials, conducting demonstrations, evaluating trainees through practical and theoretical assessments, maintaining training and attendance records, identifying skill gaps, and providing refresher training to deployed staff when required.

The candidate should possess strong patient-care knowledge, presentation ability, communication skills, patience, and practical training experience. Applicants with 1–5 years of relevant healthcare, GDA, nursing-assistant, caregiver-training, or patient-care experience are preferred. Relevant healthcare or GDA training qualifications will be considered an advantage.
