We are hiring compassionate and responsible General Duty Assistants (GDA) to provide non-clinical daily living and personal-care support to patients, elderly individuals, recovering patients, and bedridden clients under the prescribed care plan and appropriate supervision.
Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, mobility, positioning, bed making, and maintaining cleanliness around the patient. The GDA may also assist patients with walking and routine exercises when instructed by an authorized healthcare professional.
The candidate must observe the patient’s general condition and promptly report any concerning changes to the family, supervisor, or nursing team rather than independently diagnosing or treating medical conditions.
Maintaining patient dignity, privacy, hygiene, comfort, and safety is essential. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, disciplined, punctual, and comfortable working in home-care environments and shifts.
Applicants with recognized GDA training/certification and 1–5 years of patient-care experience will be preferred.
