We are looking for a polite and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to assist customers throughout their service journey and ensure a positive customer experience. Freshers with strong communication and problem-solving skills are welcome to apply.

The candidate will handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, service-related enquiries, complaints, feedback, and follow-ups. Responsibilities include understanding customer concerns, providing accurate information, coordinating with operations and field teams, tracking pending issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

The executive will also make service feedback calls, maintain customer records, update complaint and resolution status, communicate staff or schedule changes, and escalate critical issues to the appropriate manager.

The ideal candidate should have excellent listening and communication skills, patience, empathy, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally. Candidates should be comfortable using phone calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM software, and Excel/Google Sheets. Previous customer-service or healthcare experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
